These Terms of Service govern your use of elcode.shop and purchases from ELCODE. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our ELCODE Privacy Policy.

ELCODE presents apparel and related products as accurately as possible. Colours, fit and appearance may vary slightly according to your screen, individual use and production variation. Product availability, prices and product information may change before an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, inventory is unavailable or order information is incomplete. Prices and applicable charges shown at checkout apply to the order.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Our delivery and return conditions, including the applicable cancellation and withdrawal process, are set out in Delivery and Returns. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@elcode.shop.
