ELCODE ships from Benissa, Alicante, Spain. This page explains our delivery, withdrawal and return process for orders placed through elcode.shop.
Delivery
Where we ship
We currently ship to Spain and to the EU destinations available at checkout. The available service and final delivery charge are always shown before payment.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and may be longer during launches, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates
- Spain: €6.99 standard delivery; free standard delivery on orders of €90 or more.
- European Union: €8.99 standard delivery; free standard delivery on orders of €120 or more.
Any applicable rate is confirmed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information by email.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us at info@elcode.shop with your order number.
Returns and the EU right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the order. Email info@elcode.shop with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your notice to:

Please contact us before sending the parcel. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until delivered to us.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it with all included parts and tags, where available. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and fit.
Refunds
We will refund eligible amounts to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
