Data Deletion Instructions

ELCODE respects your right to request deletion of personal information that we hold about you, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

How to request deletion

Email info@elcode.shop with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address used with ELCODE and, if relevant, your Instagram or TikTok username and a short description of the data or connection you want deleted.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify that the request relates to you, and process deletion or disconnection where applicable. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the details you provide.

Social-media connections

If you connected an Instagram or TikTok account to an ELCODE service, you may use the same request to ask us to delete data received through that connection and to remove the connection from our systems. Deleting information held by Instagram, TikTok or another platform may require a separate request directly to that platform under its own policy.

Limits and retention

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations. Where this applies, we will limit the retained information to the required purpose.
